Even better, brewer’s yeast and flax seed are galactagogues and can help to naturally increase milk supply. These “Otter Drop” cookies are loaded with B-vitamins, protein, and minerals to keep you and your little ones strong and healthy.

Each batch of Otter Drop cookies is custom made to order. We can add ingredients like peanut butter or nuts and fruit, or swap regular flour for almond or coconut flour. We make most of our cookies with olive oil but can also use butter or margarine.

If mom already makes plenty of milk you can leave out the galactagogues all together and just eat delicious and healthy cookies. It’s all up to you!
